Keep An Eye on:

Mystics Shot Making: simple right? Sometimes in basketball, the clear reason why a team doesn't win is really for one main reason, they couldn't make shots. Inefficient shooting has plagued the Mystics all season and continued to plagued them in their first game back from the Olympics break, a 79-68 loss to the West leading Minnesota Lynx. Washington shot 37.5 percent from the field, 28 percent from deep and 68 percent from the line. The Mystics go to scorers, Ariel Atkins and Brittney Sykes, in her first game back after missing 21 games, combined to shoot 7-23 from the field and 2-8 from three point territory.

While Washington is second in the WNBA in three point percentage at 36.4%, for the season, Washington is shooting 42.8 percent from field and 76.7 percent from the charity stripe, both ranking 9th in the WNBA currently. The Mystics have to find a way to put the ball in the basket in a more efficient manner if they're to right the ship and make a playoff push with only 14 games left in the season.
