Keep an eye on:

Rebounds: is one area USA has struggled with throughout Olympic play. They come into tonight's contest averaging 36,2 rebounds per game, which ranks sixth in the Olympics. Australia on the other hand, ranks third, pulling down 40 rebounds per game. In their loss to Australia during exhibition play, USA lost the battle on the boards 32 to 25. USA's frontline will have to elevate their physicality and tenacity crashing the boards to control the game. Not doing so will greatly impact their offensive rhythm in a negative manner and go a long way towards helping Australia be in prime position to win the game.

Patty Mills: has been on a TERROR all Olympics long. Mills is averaging a team high 20.8 points, which's is fifth in Olympic play, and 5.3 assists, which is sixth in the Olympics. The Australian floor general is shooting 41 percent deep and is fully capable scoring from midrange and at the basket. In USA's loss to Australia during exhibition play, Mills posted 22 points and 4 assists. Getting up in Mills and frustrating him defensively is a tall order, but one USA must do early and often to disrupt and advance pass Australia.
