Overall Evaluation:
Gilyard is a big reason why people shouldn’t underestimate Richmond and why they’re in the top 25 currently. He’s a difference maker and one most teams find it difficult to account for. He can dominate a game and not score a point which is rare in this day and age. If he proves he can hit shots consistently over taller, longer guards, with everything else he brings to the table as a PG, I wouldn’t be shocked to see him secure a roster spot at the next level sooner then later.
