Keep an eye on:

Taiye Bello: is one of the best big's in the country. 6'2 forward was already an elite rebounder coming into the season, now, her offensive game has blossomed to the point where she's a force on both ends. Bello comes into tonight.s contest averaging 14.5 points, Big Ten leading 10.6 rebounds and 2.6 blocks (13th in the country) per game on 66 percent shooting from the field and nearly 80 percent shooting from the line. She can score inside at will and convert mid range jumpers, off the bounce and spotting up at an efficient rate. George Washington will need to be physical and force Bello into being a playmaker rather than being a primary scorer in the post. If they don't, it'll be a long night.

Turnovers: will be key. I know it's key in every contest, but especially in this match-up tonight. The Gophers are second in the Big Ten at taking care of the ball, only turning it over 11.5 times a game. Yet, they're ferocious on defense, forcing 20.5 turnovers a game. This is a concern for GW, with the Colonials coming in averaging 19.4 turnovers a game. Facts are, if GW is to make this a winnable game, they will HAVE TO take care of the ball. Minnesota has too much fire power and depth to give them easy baskets.

Three Point Shooting: is another factor that will play a pivotal part in determining the winner of this game. Both George Washington (37.1%) and Minnesota (37.4%) are excellent at shooting and defending the three. The Colonials hold opponents to 28.7 percent shooting from deep while the Gophers, lock down opponents only allowing 32 percent from three point territory. Whichever team finds a way to shoot the most efficient from deep will all than likely win this game. Stay tuned!!!
