Rookies: on both Dallas and Atlanta. Both franchises are rebuilding and will rely on some talented rookies to make an impact right away.
Dallas brings a host of ultra talented rookies, especially in their front court, in do everything forward Satou Sabally out of Oregon, 6'4 sniper Bella Alarie out of Princeton and former South Carolina point guard Tyasha Harris.
Atlanta will suit up their top overall pick Chennedy Carter, arguably the best scorer in college basketball last season. 6'5 low post technician Brittany Brewer and another high level scorer by way of Creighton, Jaylyn Agnew.
Rookies will have a lot to say in who wins this opening game and it will also give us a preview of the future of the WNBA.
