In our second spotlight installment we highlight the deadly senior point guard from St Johns College High School (DC) Amari Carter. One of the top prospects in the country Carter (currently ranked 31st overall by ESPN) is sitting out her senior year at St Johns recovering from an ACL tear that took place earlier this year. Prior to the injury, Carter was ranked 7th in the country overall by ESPN. In the spotlight, Carter talks about how tough it is recovering from the ACL, the players she patterns her own game after and the reason why she chose to commit to Penn State.
